REGARDING OUR HANDMADE PRODUCTS
Most of the products in our site are handmade. Therefore, each product is unique and is being crafted from scratch for every single new order. This is why there may be small differences in the colors and the themes of the products you receive in compare to the product on site.
Knowing this, the more precise you are when making the order, the more helpful you’ ll be in creating a product just the way you want it. Besides, we are always happy to create customized products based on your own needs.
ABOUT PRINTED PRODUCTS
Printed products such as invitations, bombonieres boxes, memory books etc are designed and produced in collaboration with graphic designers. The final sample is digitally sent to you for approval. Our company is not responsible for text or production mistakes, after the print approval is given.
THE PRODUCTS PRICES
The prices listed on the website include VAT24% but they do not include shipping costs.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, the average production period of time needed is 10 to 15 working days. Baptism goods are excluded as we finalize delivery times upon request.
In case you wish to receive your order earlier, please contact our store to let us know and we will try to do our best to deliver earlier.

Giving us feedback, you give us valuable information in order to constantly improve our products and services and offer you the best we can.
HOW CAN I MAKE AN ORDER?
There are many ways to make an order, such as:

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
1. By depositing at our bank accounts:

When depositing, don’t forget to mention your name and surname at the deposit as well as send us the payment proof by e- mail at info@happyrooms. That way, we are automatically informed of the payment and we happily start to prepare your order.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: When paying from a different bank, the depositor is exclusively in charge of paying the deposit/ transfer expenses. Please, make sure that Happyrooms will not be charged with any bank transfer fees. Thank you for understanding.
2. By Credit Card:
Make your order directly through our site and pay safe and easily with your credit or debit card.
3. By Pay On Delivery:
Valid for shipments that are transported with ELTA Courier service. Pay on Delivery cost if 6€/ in all destinations inside Greece. Pay On Delivery is not valid for big parcels that get shipped with a transport company. In that case, you can pay through bank transfer or credit/debit card.
Clarification for payments:
For orders over 50 € we receive a deposit of 50% of the total amount at the beginning of the order and payment is made upon completion of the order, before sending the final product to the customer.
HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
- If the order is shipped in Greece, these are the ways to receive it:
- Small dimension packages: Via Easy Mail Courier (packages up to 3 kgr cost: 3.5 €. Each extra kgr costs + 1,20 € / kgr)
- Big dimension packages: Via METMPA Transportation Company (10 € / per package, except baptism goods which costs 12€/ 2 packages). Inaccessible or hard to reach areas may have additional charges.
- If the order is shipped outside Greece, the transportation is via Hellenic Post, EMS or SPM.
REGARDING THE ORDER PROCEDURE:
Please, when ordering, fill out promptly all the information needed such as: recipient name, company name (if needs to be delivered to a company), phone number, address, e-mail address, postal code, area, city as well as name written on the door bell.
Happyrooms is not responsible for any delays that may arise during the delivery, caused by courier or transportation or postal companies.
HOW ΤΟ RETURN A PRODUCT:
If for some reason you are not satisfied by your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of the delivery date, as long as the packaging is not violated or destroyed in any way. Before returning the package, you must first contact our company by email in order to inform us about the product return.
Customized, handmade and hand painted items or products designed on request by the customer cannot be returned, including personalized products with a name on, written or knitted.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, for choosing the appropriate packaging and carrier and for the safe return of the products. The refund will take place within 30 days from the return delivery date.
When receiving a defective product (products that have been broken or destroyed) we will replace the product at our own shipping costs or we will refund the total order amount. The transportation cost in not included in the refund.
Happyrooms is not responsible for defects that resulted from misuse of the product or from use other than the one provided by the manufacturer, from misuse by the carrier or by accidental situations such as broken objects by fall, etc. If you receive a product in a bad situation, such as a broken, opened or damaged packaging do not open it and do not accept to receive it! Inform us right away about the incident and return the package directly to the carrier or courier. More specifically, read the following important information:
Important Information regarding the transportation of your order by carrier or courier:
By the presence of the carrier representative, unpack and check the good condition of your products.
If the package or the product is destroyed, broken or has any kind of damage, please refuse to receive it and contact Happyrooms immediately.
After signing the carrier’s receiving document or receipt, Happyrooms will not be responsible for any damage that occurs to the product.
Especially for big size packages, such as baptism sets and hand – painted kids furniture:
You receive the package on the pavement and you are responsible for checking the products you receive. If you need a delivery by your door, the transportation company may charge you an additional cost.
